- Coordinated board meeting and finalized minutes
- Advocate for and advance Annapolis Flow Trail and Bacon Ridge/Waterworks Connector projects

MD Advocacy Director – Dave Magill
- Arranging to acquire 25 and 30 foot bridge designs, for use by MORE on DNR lands
- Working with Greenbrier team on materials list for a new 20 foot bridge
- Updated mowing and trimming spreadsheet in advance of the final trimming push for the Epic
- Assisted Hashawha team in submitting a trail counter grant application
- Worked on Muddy branch and Schaeffer tee shirts (effort led by Andrew Levine)
- Supported Mike Winings in mapping the new Little Bennett trail and MoCo Epic route
- Organizing large signs for the Epic, assisted Jali in a shed inventory
- Organizing to attend the DNR employee field day at Rosaryville and the DNR Outdoor Recreation summit (MORE will be a table sponsor) at Rocky Gap
- Met with Michael Ullmann and Ernie Rodriguez to go over all things Advocacy Director
- Issued new GTF policy
- Updated MoCo student service learning credentials for MORE

VA Advocacy Director – Michael Ullman
- Attended multiple trail work days at the Locust Shade Jumpline
- Attended a trail work day at Andrew Leitch Park
- Working to identify a new liaison/liaisons for Mt. Vernon
- Assisted with dirt drops and transporting picnic tables to Locust Shade as well as Jump Fest planning
- Attended two sMOREs rides
- Met with Dave and Ernie to go over advocacy ideas/plans

- Manage bike box loaning; arranged to store the MD box at Terrapin Cycles shop

- Communicate with Catoctin Mtn cyclery on leading rides with MORE

- Set up and update Patapsco night rides for fall 2024 on Golden and MORE Calendar
